Snapscale is seeking an Intermediate Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excel in fostering a collaborative work environment, and possess the ability to strategize and implement effective HR policies. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management, contributing to the overall growth and culture of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for new hires.

Develop and implement HR policies and programs that foster a positive workplace culture.

Oversee employee performance management systems, including evaluations and feedback processes.

Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain employee records.

Act as a liaison between management and employees to address and resolve HR-related issues.

Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources management.

Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
