About The Role
This role is responsible for providing human resources and employee relations support to management and deployed employees while working in Doha, Qatar. Must maintain absolute confidentiality and work with Headquarters to resolve issues in a fair and consistent manner. Provides general and targeted training to staff. Conducts employee relations investigations
Key responsibilities
Input new hires, process I-9 and confirm E-Verify authorization status, employee change of status and termination data into the HRIS and troubleshoot as needed
Administering on-boarding, off-boarding, and troubleshoot benefits enrollment and other activities.
Creation and maintenance of personnel files and documents.
Manages the employee exit process, collecting and analyzing turnover to detect trends which may indicate changes in employee morale. Conduct exit interviews to assess and gain feedback.
Provides day-to-day guidance to managers regarding company policies and practices, terminations, coaching & counseling, safety, and training processes.
Job Profile
We are searching for a candidate with:
Minimum 5-years experience working in on a federal government contract domestically or internationally.
Experience in healthcare and government contracting domestically and or internationally, is a plus
Proficiency with MS Office products is essential, and competent working knowledge of HRIS/HCM systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Ability to exercise judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
