We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Operations

Lead all HR initiatives, systems, and strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Serve as the primary administrator of the HRIS database, optimizing processes to support business needs.

Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, encouraging growth and excellence.

Continuously review and update policies, manuals, and procedures to stay compliant with legal standards and industry best practices.

Strategically assess and enhance the effectiveness of current programs, making recommendations that align with company goals.

Collaborate closely with leadership to support HR strategies, including staffing, compensation, talent development, succession planning, and career pathing.

Ensure compliance with local laws, serving as the company representative with government agencies such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth & PAG-IBIG Fund.

Actively support and implement HR projects, staying flexible to business needs.

Employee Experience, Engagement & Career Development

Foster a positive employee experience through regular, high-touch check-ins with staff.

Develop and implement comprehensive career pathing programs that provide clear, actionable growth opportunities for employees.

Collaborate with department heads to ensure that employees are aware of career development options, training, and potential advancement opportunities.

Drive employee engagement initiatives that reflect our company values, ensuring staff feel supported, engaged, and connected.

Collaborate on leadership development programs, integrating engagement, leadership training, and career growth opportunities into ongoing employee development.

Drive employee survey initiatives, analyzing results to develop actionable strategies for continuous improvement.

Serve as the champion of employee feedback, ensuring survey insights are shared and acted upon at both team and company levels.

Employee Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing grievances, complaints, and conflicts in a timely, fair, and compliant manner.

Lead investigations into employee concerns, ensuring impartiality and adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.

Advise leadership on managing employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate litigation risks.

Monitor key employee relations metrics, including turnover, engagement, and career development, and drive initiatives to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

Degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience as HR Director or Head of HR

BPO experience preferred

Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated conflict resolution and mediation experience

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Proven ability to build positive working relationships

Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills

Full understanding of HR functions and management principles

Effective HR administration and people management skills

Exposure to payroll practices

Ability to establish credibility and build strong relationships

Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

Familiarity with HRIS platforms like BambooHR, and other platforms like, Monday.com, Bonusly, Workable, Deputy, ADP systems.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Self-motivated team player with strong prioritization skills

Flexible and adaptable to changing responsibilities

Positive attitude and strong ability to multitask

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills

Quick learner and able to develop subject matter skills

Being able to manage multiple projects at the same time

Available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls/meetings/chats during weekdays working

Quiet workspace, conducive to video meetings & calls

Access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection; at least 25MBPS.

Double monitors preferred but not required (if available)
