A project related to global leader in the sportswear industry is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to their Polish and English-speaking customers through voice, chat, and email channels. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless and positive experience with the brand.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am 7:00 pm
Start date: Feb 24, 2025
Working Model:

Hybrid: Office presence required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Work from Home: Available for fully remote work with a higher salary

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in both Polish and English.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Document and track customer interactions, following up as necessary.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s products, promotions, and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Polish and English (B2 level or higher in both languages).

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving Skills

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various communication platforms and software.

Adaptability: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid or remote environment.

In possession of a EU member state passport or Residence Permit for Bulgaria

Note: only local candidates will be considered: those who already reside in Bulgaria as thee is no relocation assistance provided.

Competitive salary of BGN 3400-3500 (gross) per month
