This role is to join a global outsourcing company as a Solution Architect and lead digital transformation projects for banking clients worldwide. You’ll shape the future of the banking industry through innovative technology solutions, collaborate with top-tier banking companies, leverage your expertise to design and implement scalable architectures.
Validate and translate Business Requirements into Technical Solution Concepts and Designs.
Prepare relevant documentation.
Drive solution design throughout the project life-cycle.
Foster and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality and functional outcomes within specified timelines and budgets.
Provide technical guidance to team members.
Lead consultative discussions and decisions to implement technology solutions effectively.
Ensure thorough oversight and take ownership of the technical solution’s design, scope, and deliverable.
Collaborate closely with development teams, clients, and partners to achieve project success.

10+ YOE wih strong expertise in Solution Architect in Banking or Fintech domains
Ability to establish credibility and build relationships across all organisational levels.
Expertise in architectural components for Web technologies, Mobile technologies, Integration technologies, and Full stack development, ensuring adherence to architectural frameworks and governance.
Track record of thought leadership and broad skills encompassing diverse technologies such as Core banking, Payments, Risk management, Cloud, Security, Database, and Data analytic.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
