**Job Title: Project Manager – IAM (Identity and Access Management )**
Location – WFH
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a specialization in Identity and Access Management (IAM), focusing on Omada solutions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing projects related to IAM, with proficiency in Omada’s IdentityManager platform and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the successful execution of IAM projects using Omada’s IdentityManager, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement solutions that enhance security, improve user experience, and align with organizational goals.
3. Oversee project activities, identify potential risks or issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
4. Manage resources effectively, ensuring the efficient allocation of personnel, budget, and other resources.
5. Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues that may arise during project implementation.
7. Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team to enhance overall project management capabilities.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within IAM or a related field.
2. Expertise in Omada’s IdentityManager platform and Multi-Factor Authentication technologies.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
4. Proven ability to manage projects effectively, balancing competing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
