We are an IT recruiting and relocation company specializing in hiring English-speaking IT talents for German companies and relocating them to Germany. We work with large established German enterprises as well as young and dynamic start-ups, hiring for a wide variety of tech roles. We help our candidates find a job in Germany, secure an attractive job offer, obtain a visa, and relocate to Germany. We also support them extensively after relocation, making sure that everyone gets a smooth start in a new country and on a new job.
Our team is distributed from Portugal to Kazakhstan. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, given that your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours.
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the visa application process:
Explain visa requirements clearly and thoroughly.
Check and correct application forms and supporting documents.
Manage deadlines and ensure all documents are prepared and submitted on time.
Communicate with German Diplomatic Missions to facilitate the visa process.
Document management:
Maintain accurate records, fill out forms, book necessary appointments, and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of relocation efforts.
Client communication:
Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide ongoing support throughout the relocation process.
Conduct consultation calls with clients to address their specific needs and concerns.
Requirements:
Fluent English (C1+). Knowledge of German or Russian is a plus.
Experience as a visa specialist.
Experience preparing national visa D applications for an EU country, preferably Germany or Austria
Excellent organizational skills: You will manage multiple relocation processes in parallel.
Excellent communication skills: You will communicate with clients over email, chat, and phone, providing relocation support.
Attention to detail: You will check and correct forms and documents for visa applications, where any mistake could lead to rejection.
High level of computer literacy.
You are a nice, polite and friendly person, willing to compassionately support every relocating family.
Remote work experience and prior experience in a diplomatic mission or visa center are a plus.
