Inviting applications for the role of Indirect Order Management Specialist-Process Associate-English-Remote EMEA/EU
As an Indirect Order Management Specialist within the Genpact Commercial Sales Support team your main responsibility will be to handle commercial Parts Orders and act as a first point of contact for Channel Partners.
Responsibilities
The following sub-processes can fall into the scope of Indirect Order Management Specialist:

Order Placement for indirect channel partners as per the Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring data quality in the database.

Parts return follow up

Follow up with Channel partners on the FMI execution (IB validation, kit ordering, shipment) at the impacted end customer sites, update ERPs and reply on Channel Partner’s requests.

Warranty and contract coverage checking

Ensure the relevant ERPs used by the service teams are up-to-date and accurate, help solving discrepancies.

Follow the instructions of the business process leader and the front-line manager.

Complete ad-hoc requests assigned by the team leader

Build and maintain strong working relationship with the business partners, participate in weekly and ad-hoc client calls

Ensure that each request related to FMI execution is documented, compliant with established business controls and is processed in a timely manner.

Report and document all process related changes in the Standard Operating Procedures.

Meet expectation of Genpact Learn & Development requirements.

Ensure business continuity by delegating the tasks in case of absence

Minimum qualifications

B2-C1 level of English language

Good years of relevant experience in Commercial/Customer service, with customer focused mindset

Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers

Solid critical thinking, effective problem-solving skill and accuracy

Ability to act as a gatekeeper and work with remote teams

Customer service attitude, logical thinking and analytical mindset

MS Office knowledge: Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in PC skills

Work experience with an ERP system (Salesforce – advantage)

Strong written and verbal communications skills that can effectively communicate with a diverse workforce
