Overview The primary responsibility of an Integration Configuration & Support Specialist is to provide client configuration for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and post go-live support of our integration partners and their clients. Responsibilities Work independently to coordinate and solve highly complex technical communication and integration issues. Troubleshoot technical issues related to data transformation and flow. Create documentation for future reference, training, and support purposes. Provide customers or internal teams with support on technical integration issues. Communicate with customers to clarify integration and implementation requirements. Configuration of partner ATS for client use Qualifications Basic knowledge of XML and Java. Optool Experience is must. Understanding of networking communications, account permissions, account structures Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Database operations, SQL Demonstrated problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data flow processes. Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and be very results oriented. Must work well both independently and in a team environment. Must be a self-starter.
