Summary
The Intelligence Solutions team is the commercialization engine for data licensing for the organization. Our clients are interested in our claims data assets and analytical products to drive solutions in marketplace. We have a dedicated sales team to engage new clients and markets to drive revenue growth for the organization. We have an analytics/operations team that leads client implementations, account management, financial reporting and data analysis.
The Intelligence Solutions Analytics Advisor will be responsible for all customer relationships from an operations perspective and support of the account management team. This position will support several recurring and ad-hoc analytics projects to support the overall business. Includes coordination or issue resolution with the Technical Product Owners (TPO) and other technology teams. This position will also be the business-facing first line contact and triage for Intelligence Solutions clients.
Responsibilities
Perform daily and weekly analysis of data deliveries to ensure high quality of data
Management of operational projects to support the overall data and analytics solutions business
Assist sales team with ad-hoc and data expansion analytics
Perform data querying and analysis to answer client inquiries
Perform initial root cause analysis and quality control analysis on client deliverables to assess any issues that may arise
Coordinate communications between the client and Evernorth during production disruptions and be on call when the TPO team needs business input and guidance
Analyze monthly data feed to clients and liaise with cross functional partners to act when needed
Manage and improve ongoing data surveillance activities to enable monitoring of weekly recurring data delivery to clients
Manage the blocked drug process and facilitate communications between the Accredo account teams and clients on new drug blocks
Acts as a first responder to communicate to our data sales clients and blocked drug changes and any other internal matters that have client impact
Initial point of contact for all client communications both inbound and outbound regarding client issues or quality concerns
Triage incoming client communications and determine who needs to act on the request
Create and execute strategy for proactive monitoring of ongoing quality control processes
Response accountability for critical production issues that can impact client SLAs and Performance Guarantees to ensure client satisfaction and to avoid financial penalties
Qualifications
4+ years’ relevant experience in data analysis with knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims and enrollment records
Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, Excel, Data Analysis
Knowledge of AWS, Teradata, or Databricks a plus
Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Must have proven leadership skills with ability to build strong teams and a proactive management style with strong commitment to sales and client service
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline preferred

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 88,700 – 147,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
