JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and creative Interior Designer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in design and site work. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in office and F&B (Food & Beverage) design and possess strong skills in producing various design outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and produce office layouts ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 square feet, ensuring optimal use of space and alignment with client needs.
-Create detailed layouts for restaurants, including seating arrangements, kitchen layouts, and customer flow.
-Produce detailed drawings and shop drawings for various design elements, ensuring accuracy and precision for construction and implementation.
-Generate concept designs that align with client objectives and brand identity.
-Develop 3D designs to provide visual representations of spaces, helping clients visualize the final output.
-Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are implemented according to plan and within budget.
-Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices in office and F&B design to continually deliver innovative and functional designs.
Qualifications:
-A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on office and F&B spaces.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D rendering software, and other relevant design tools.
-Strong understanding of space planning, layout design, and site execution.
-Ability to produce high-quality detailed drawings, shop drawings, and 3D visualizations.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
-A portfolio showcasing previous office and F&B design projects is required.
-Have your own device and reliable Internet connection.
