Responsibilities & Context
Identifying potential clients, understanding market trends, and analyzing competitor activities.
Developing leads through various channels, including phone calls and emails, and maintaining records.
Accompanying sales representatives on property visits to assist with client interactions and demonstrations.
Preparing reports, documents, and client follow-up materials. Working closely with the sales team to achieve goals and contribute to overall sales efforts.
Follow up and visit prospective customers regularly.
To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet, and in-person inquiries.
Manage brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and others when required.
