Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the existing local bookkeeping of various international offices: Switzerland, Hong Kong, Emirates

Respond to banking inquiries regarding specific payments related to international trade and ensure compliance with international regulations.

Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews to ensure adherence to accounting standards and practices

Collaborate with outsourced accounting firms, ensuring compliance with local regulations, effective communication, and alignment of financial reporting standards to achieve accuracy and consistency in financial data management

Prepare and analyze international financial statements and reports, providing insights to support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is desirable
– Proven experience in a similar role with different legal entities
– Experience in organization of the international accounting
– Strong written English skills
– Possess expertise in accounting software, like Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Stratigic thinking to develop and implement financial plans
