Ridge started with The Ridge Wallet as a Kickstarter project in 2013 and is now in the hands and pockets of over 3 million people worldwide! We currently operate around the globe selling in the US, Canada, the UK, EU, and Australia on Shopify and through other channels such as Amazon and Wholesalers. We have also expanded and continue to expand our product catalog to include KeyCases, Bolt Action Pens, Knives, Rings, Watches and we have plenty more in the works!

Responsibilities
International Campaign Planning and Management:

Planning, editing campaigns from the main account for international audiences.

Adjusting campaigns as needed for different regions and audiences.

Managing calendar adjustments and ensuring timely scheduling.

Reviewing campaigns for performance and making needed tests, adjustments to segments, designs, etc to ensure deliverability and performance goals.

Segmentation creation, adjustment, and tracking for performance.

Setting and meeting campaign performance goals.

International Flow Management:

Adding new flows or modifications from the main account to international accounts.

Testing and optimizing flows based on performance and audience segments.

International Popup Management:

Implementing changes for sales and promotions in international popups.

Ensuring all popup placements are optimized and ready for different sales periods.

Coordinating with the team to switch between evergreen offers and sale promotions seamlessly.

Communication and Coordination:

Managing communication between the main account and international teams.

Collaborating with Maridel and Kate to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies. As well as on reporting for INTL accounts.

Providing assistance with main account tasks for Michelle or Sydney as needed.

Project Management, Organization, & Reporting:

Ensuring large campaign periods are planned and all placements are changed during them.

Creating and managing task lists and due dates for the design team.

Ensuring that projects from the main account are implemented in international accounts efficiently and effectively.

Managing and updating on reporting in each market, with insights on reporting and tasks or adjustments assigned based on insights.

Significant projects and initiatives associated with this role:

Ensuring that projects from the main account that can be implemented internationally are executed promptly, such as setting up travel-related popup flows once they are available internationally.

Ideal Profile
Qualifications:

Digital Marketing Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Email/SMS/Popup Platform Use: 1 year of experience in using email, SMS, and popup platforms. Klaviyo experience is required.

Shopify Experience: Familiarity with Shopify platform operations.

Leadership/Management Experience: Experience in leading or managing projects or teams. Experience in Notion is a plus.

Initiative and Data-Driven Projects: Experience in implementing initiatives and data-driven projects for campaign optimization.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Notion for project management, task organization, collaboration, and documentation.

Proficiency in Slack for effective communication, collaboration, and team coordination, including channel management, file sharing, and real-time messaging.

Proficiency in GSuite for productivity, document management, and collaboration, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Familiarity with Loom for creating and sharing video content, including screen recordings, tutorials, and presentations, to enhance communication and training within teams.

Proficiency in project and time management to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Understanding and use of email platforms for campaign execution.

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.

Ability to derive insights from reporting data for KPIs and campaign optimization.
