Role: We are looking for a talented and experienced Newsletter Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using newsletter systems, particularly Mailchimp, and will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our email campaigns. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute newsletter campaigns using Mailchimp, targeting various countries in multiple languages.
– Utilize Mailchimp Automations and Customer Journeys to create personalized and automated customer communications.
– Design and create visually appealing newsletter templates, keeping up with the latest design trends.
– Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
– Create and design banners for newsletters, with the ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align email marketing strategies with overall business goals.
– Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into our email marketing strategies.
Requirements:
– Proven experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
– Tech-savvy with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
– Excellent design sense and familiarity with current design trends.
– Ability to create and design templates and banners, with proficiency in using AI tools for design support.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.
– Willingness and capability to understand and tackle complex issues.
