Отговорности
– Identify and attract qualified candidates through a variety of recruitment sources.
– Conduct telephone interviews with potential candidates.
– Preparing professional CVs that highlight candidates’ skills.
– Provide attentive and personalized support to candidates throughout the selection process.
– Maintaining effective communication with candidates, keeping them informed of the status of their applications.
Изисквания и необходими умения
– Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
– Availability to work 20 to 30 hours a week.
– Experience in recruitment (mandatory).
– Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales and marketing roles is valued.
– Must have self-employed status.
– Experience of living/working abroad is a plus.
