Our international clients is looking for an experienced IT Auditor to join their team.
This position will be fully remote, taking care of one client and involve travelling from time to time.
Responsibilities:
Auditing & Compliance
Plan, conduct, and report on regulatory, technical, and process compliance audits for assigned markets.
Perform both onsite and remote audits, gathering and documenting relevant evidence.
Draft comprehensive reports and certifications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Provide actionable recommendations to address non-compliance and assist clients with remediation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks, certifications, and industry best practices.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance on certification processes and regulatory compliance.
Assist clients with audit planning to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant standards.
Prepare client proposals, invoices, and certifications in a professional and timely manner.
ISO 27001 Audit Support
Compile and amend ISO/IEC 27001 certificates and manage updates across internal systems.
Oversee audit planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring adherence to certification processes.
Support audit teams by ensuring competence and process compliance throughout certification stages.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and IT auditing principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit/project management tools.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally, including weekends if required.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Commerce
2-4 years’ experience in systems and process auditing, preferably with IT audit exposure in a Big 4 or equivalent environment.
Professional certifications (advantageous): CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, COBIT, CEH, or ISO 27001.
