IT Business Partner – Corporate Functions (Hybrid Remote Work OK!)
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Partner specializing in corporate functions for a global pharmaceutical company.
Our client offers remote / flexible working options.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and improve corporate function solutions (eg. Finance systems like SAP ERP Finance, Concur, and Coupa).
– Work with multiple departments including Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance.
– Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and operation of IT systems.
– Manage relationships with external partners.
– Develop and maintain Digital/& IT roadmaps.
– Handle change requests, resolve escalated incidents, and ensure effective solutions.
Qualifications
– 3+ years of relevant experience.
– Experience leading global application projects.
– Experience in delivering DX projects.
– Proven experience in implementing and maintaining Finance IT systems.
– Vendor management experience.
– PMP or equivalent qualification (preferred).
– Must be fluent in Japanese.
