To monitor, maintain and provide a high level of technical assistance to Newrest Ghana employees and the Unit’s IT systems. To also support the Unit’s IT system users through face-to-face or remote assistance. The perimeter of actions includes computers, in-sourced softwares, network, and server issues. To provide support on IT queries and resolve issues surrounding servers.
