We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the IT department of a well-known European manufacturing company.
You’ll lead a team of 5+ members, drive IT initiatives, enhance information security, and collaborate with global headquarters.
This position offers a hybrid work style, providing flexibility, and the chance to shape IT strategy both locally and globally.
Responsibilities:

– Lead and develop the local IT team (5+ members).

– Plan and manage IT project portfolio.

– Localise global IT strategies for Japan.

– Manage the annual IT budget / resource allocation.

– Serve as the Local Information Security Officer, adapt international security guidelines to local needs, manage security incidents.

– Plan and lead Japan IT projects.

Qualifications:

– 6+ years of relevant IT experience.

– Experience working in global companies.

– Strong leadership and team development skills.

– Experience in managing IT budgets and resources.

– Must be fluent in Japanese.
