IT Helpdesk Agent (5 days work, Wan Chai & Central)
Job Duties:
Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Job Requirement:
F.5 or above
At least 2-3 experience in IT industry
Experience in providing helpdesk support
Basic knowledge of network support is an advantage
