IT Helpdesk Agent (Mei Foo / Kowloon Bay)
Job Duties:

Conduct network equipment surveillances, troubleshooting and maintenance

Conduct remote configuration change and update documentation for customer’s network equipment

Provide helpdesk support

Job Requirement:

F.5 or above

At least 1-2 years’ experience in helpdesk support (less experience will be also considered)

Familiar with the following IT Applications/systems: Windows 10 / 7, MS Office, Adobe Reader / Writer, Mobile device setup and usage (iOS and Andorid), WiFi and basic network knowledge
