📋 Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
Provide remote or in-person assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Network Management
Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connections.
Configure and secure routers, switches, and firewalls.
System Administration
Install, configure, and maintain servers and operating systems.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
Software Management
Install and update software applications.
Ensure software licensing compliance.
Cybersecurity
Implement and monitor security protocols and firewalls.
Conduct regular security audits and backups.
Documentation
Maintain detailed records of systems, configurations, and support activities.
Create user manuals and technical guides.
IT Projects
Assist with IT-related project planning and implementation.
Coordinate with vendors for purchasing hardware/software.
🧠 Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS systems
Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with cybersecurity tools and practices
Problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA, etc.)
