We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist with a strong technical background in IP camera systems, server management, network configuration, and overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficiency of our IT systems while also supporting surveillance and security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Surveillance & Security Systems
Install, configure, and maintain IP-based CCTV systems, including NVRs (Network Video Recorders)
Ensure continuous uptime and optimal performance of surveillance systems
Diagnose and resolve issues related to IP cameras, storage, and cabling
Network & Systems Administration
Configure and troubleshoot IP addressing, DHCP/static IPs, routing, and subnetting
Maintain and monitor internal networks, switches, and routers
Assist with firewall configurations and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
Server & Website Management
Monitor and maintain Windows/Linux servers, backups, and system updates
Provide routine support and maintenance of web hosting environments and domain settings
Ensure uptime and responsiveness of internal and external web platforms
General IT Support
Provide technical support to users across departments for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, upgrades, repairs, and AMC contracts
Maintain asset registers, license records, and configuration documentation
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Implement basic IT security best practices for all endpoints and network infrastructure
Perform regular audits on system access, usage logs, and patch updates
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–3 years of proven experience in IT support or system/network administration
Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining IP camera/CCTV systems
Strong working knowledge of:
IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP/static configuration
Windows Server / Linux environments
Backup solutions and disaster recovery systems
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, remote support tools, and documentation practices
