Here’s how this role impacts the team:
As an IT System Administrator at ProSafety, you will play a critical role in maintaining and advancing IT infrastructure. But, this role goes beyond hands-on tasks since you will act as a strategic advisor to optimize processes and support the company’s growth, while ensuring their IT environment is secure, efficient, and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:

manage server systems (mainly Windows, but also Linux)

lead the planning, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure projects

provide hardware and software support

monitor and optimize system performance, automating processes where possible

diagnose and resolve technical issues

What makes you the ideal candidate?

a proactive, consulting approach with strong communication and negotiation skills

minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT System Administrator

expertise in Windows server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, Hyper-V, MSSQL) and familiarity with Linux

knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing, WiFi, etc.).

fluent in English

German language at least B1 level (or A2 if you’re keen to attend courses and advance your German📝)
