About the Role: We are looking for experienced Italian-speaking Conversion Agents to join one of the world’s largest Forex companies. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and the chance to be part of a top-tier sales team.
Responsibilities:
Call and convert leads into active trading clients
Present the company’s products and services confidently
Drive engagement and build long-term client relationships
Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
Collaborate with sales management and team leaders to improve conversion performance
Requirements:
Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)
Previous experience in Forex conversion/sales is required
Excellent communication and closing skills
Strong motivation and ability to work independently
Tech-savvy and sales-driven
