Responsibilities
Conduct interviews and assessment tests to evaluate candidate suitability for specific job positions
Identify and attract Italian-speaking candidates through various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks
Review and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure ongoing communication and updates on job opportunities
Utilize recruitment software and tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong organizational and time management abilities
