DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS At Sapindex, we are looking for an SAP Project Manager S/4 HANA with experience in European projects and advanced English proficiency to lead strategic digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complete projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing return on investment. Responsibilities:
✅ Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4 HANA projects.
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams in different time zones to ensure cohesion and effective communication.
✅ Supervise the project’s scope, budget, and schedule, making adjustments according to business needs.
✅ Manage risks and resolve problems proactively to maintain the continuity and progress of the project.
✅ Ensure user adoption of the system and customer satisfaction through continuous training and support.
Requisitos
✨ Advanced level of English
✨ Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Project Manager in SAP S/4 HANA projects, preferably with clients in Europe.
✨ Experience in managing international teams and adapting to international schedules.
✨ Ability to lead in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
✨ Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
✨ Adaptation to the Lebanese schedule/calendar.
