???? About the Job:
We are a Swedish real estate investing company expanding in Orlando, Florida, focused on wholesaling off-market properties.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant to handle cold calling homeowners, qualify motivated sellers, and input leads into our CRM (Google Sheets).
Your Responsibilities:
Call pre-qualified lists of homeowners using provided script and dialer
Ask about the property, situation, and motivation
Fill out lead information accurately in Google Sheets
Set appointments or tag as “Follow-up” if seller is interested
Daily reporting of calls, leads, and results
? You Should Have:
Fluent English (neutral accent preferred)
Experience with cold calling, especially in real estate wholesaling (at least 6 months)
Familiarity with tools like Mojo, BatchDialer, Google Sheets
A stable internet connection and quiet workspace
Good attitude, hungry to grow, and willing to learn
???? Compensation:
Hourly rate: $3-$5 (depending on experience)
$50-$100 bonus per deal closed from your leads
Potential for full-time role and higher pay as we grow
