Job Description
Successful Applicants will be monitoring the online platform remotely and assisting users having with challenges.
Successful Applicants will assist new clients register, train and monitor growth
Applicants must be IT inclined and pay attention to details
Applicants Must have a Smart phone, Laptop or a smart device to access the online portal
Applicants Must be a team player, be willing to learn and have a can do spirit
Must be a problem solver, decision maker and be able to work under pressure
Must be a good communicator and be familiar with how to perform CRUD operations
Experience in online and in person marketing will be an advantage.
Talking to clients and assisting them in registration
Lead and implement all marketing activities and monitor campaigns
Have an appreciable typing speed
