Partner network & related end user’s service
Receiving customer complaint and taking action to resolve.
Escalate any unsolved issue and follow up & Maintain the ticketing system and other troubleshooting tools.
Ensure the SLA.
Ensure the monitoring system.
Documentation & reporting.
Ensure uninterrupted service.

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) MTCNA
