Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Structuring
Support with holding and operating structures across jurisdictions.
2. Document Flow Setup
Design and automate legal workflows: templates, e-sign, version control.
3. Accounts in Payment Systems
Prepare KYC packages, communicate with PSPs/banks, monitor statuses.
4. Contracts and Invoicing
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (SLA, NDA, marketing); support invoicing.
5. Legal Reporting
Prepare monthly/quarterly legal reports for management.
6. Legal Research
Ad-hoc research: IP, privacy, e-commerce, adtech, fintech compliance.
Requirements:
Master of Laws (focus: International Law, IT Law)
English: Upper-Intermediate+, especially legal writing
Confident in Word/Google Docs – knows how to format, automate, and streamline docs
Analytical mindset, calm under deadlines, eager to take initiative
Independent and proactive – forms instructions instead of waiting for them
Nice to Have:
1+ year in IT, adtech, or fintech
Experience with CRM systems
Familiarity with DocuSign / PandaDoc
Knowledge of GDPR / CCPA / Intl. tax structures
Project management tools: Asana / Trello / Jira
