What you will do:
Responsible for daily accounting operations in Xero system for multiple entities
Maintain proper and accurate records and supporting documents
Assist with the preparation of the budget, forecast, and financial analysis
Cash flow analysis and monthly reporting
Daily communication with suppliers and various stakeholders on payments and accounting documentation
Responsible for AP function of the firm
Manage Inter-company reconciliations
Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required
What we are looking for:
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, and related discipline
CPA, ACCA or similar
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
Xero accounting software experience
Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office
Competent in to use of various software, App and IT solutions
Working experience with international businesses
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Meticulous, well-organized and conscientious with a high level of initiative at work
Self-motivated, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility with a positive working attitude
Resourceful, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and go beyond
Good command of English is a must, knowing other languages would be an advantage
