Responsibilities:
Create Engaging Lessons: Design dynamic and interactive lessons that align with curriculum goals from Senior Writers and Leads, ensuring content is both educational and fun for students
Refine and Improve Materials: Regularly review and update existing lessons based on student progress and feedback to ensure continuous improvement
Maintain High Standards: Ensure all lessons are error-free, high-quality, and aligned with curriculum objectives
Collaborate on Innovative Projects: Work with the curriculum team to bring fresh ideas to life, whether through new lesson formats, workshops, or teacher training materials
Support Business Initiatives: Contribute to marketing efforts by creating trial lessons, marketing copy, and other materials that drive student enrollment and engagement
Teach 5 Online Classes: Conduct 5 engaging online lessons weekly, fostering active student participation and growth

High-Quality Curriculum Delivery: Ensure all lesson materials are error-free, well-structured, and effective, resulting in improved student performance and engagement
Innovative and Engaging Content: Contribute to curriculum innovation by introducing fresh ideas and creative lesson experiences
Support Business Growth: Provide high-quality materials and trial lessons that drive student engagement and help boost enrollment numbers
Collaborative Success: Work seamlessly with the curriculum team to meet project deadlines and ensure consistent curriculum improvements
Effective Class Instruction: Deliver 5 interactive online classes weekly, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting student growth
Skills Required:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in curriculum writing or English education
Strong proficiency in English language and writing skills
Experience in online teaching and creating engaging lesson plans is a plus
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and MS Office
Strong collaboration skills for working with remote teams

Commitment: Adjunct (1-year Contract)
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (1pm – 10pm) with 1 weekend day (830am – 630pm)
