helloassist is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (REMOTE – WFH) to join our growing team. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs that communicate our brand’s story across multiple platforms, including web, social media, and digital advertising.
The ideal candidate has experience in visual storytelling, brand identity development, and digital design. You will be responsible for creating designs that captivate audiences, enhance user experience, and support business goals. Working closely with our content and marketing teams, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the visual direction of our campaigns and branding efforts.

Results We Expect:

Create necessary design assets (e.g., illustrations, infographics, web/email images, animations, slides, and templates) to support operations, ensuring timely delivery of all projects by agreed deadlines.

Develop a monthly design calendar outlining key projects and deadlines, and present design concepts for upcoming campaigns.

Complete revisions within 48 hours of receiving feedback and provide regular updates during weekly team meetings.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align designs with branding and campaign objectives, ensuring consistent visuals across all platforms.

Design templates for recurring content (e.g., newsletters, social media posts) to streamline efficiency and maintain visual consistency.

Continuously research and apply the latest design trends to keep creative assets fresh and modern, and assist with updating brand guidelines as needed.

Your Responsibilities:

Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs, and ensure website designs reflect and strengthen brand identity.

Translate brand strategies into compelling visual designs that resonate with the audience while maintaining brand consistency across all projects.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create digital assets (e.g., ads, social media graphics, landing pages, email marketing materials) that align with campaign goals and business objectives.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative visual concepts, ensuring timely delivery of multiple design projects without compromising quality.

Continuously research new design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance work quality and competitiveness, providing recommendations for cutting-edge solutions.

Maintain secure backups and organized archives of all active and completed projects, facilitating easy access for future reference.

Perform administrative tasks, including facilitating copyright registrations where applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or advertising

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and similar design tools

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

Experience designing for web, social media, and other digital platforms

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience working on a Graveyard Shift

Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries

Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Trello

Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus

Experience with web design, UI/UX principles, or front-end development tools is an advantage
