Candidate Selection Criteria:
What we’re looking for in you –
You love tinkering with tools and figuring things out.
Curiosity and DIY mindset > formal credentials.
Basic understanding of how APIs and integrations work (or eagerness to learn fast).
Comfortable with Notion, Airtable, or other productivity tools.
A real appetite for learning: we’ll help you grow into a more technical role (if you want).
A positive, collaborative attitude – because we’re building cool stuff, but we’re building it together.
Nice to have (but not mandatory) –
Any previous POC, hackathon project, or side project you can show us.
First exposure to AI tools, automations, or workflow builders.
A GitHub, Notion, or portfolio with your tinkering projects.
Work condition:
Full-time permanent position.
Based in Mauritius.
Hybrid setup: 2-3 days on-site (Hive or client), rest remote.
