Let’s talk about our Junior Product Manager role today. Here is what we can tell you about this position:
THE WORK
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative payment features to life.
Support the definition of product priorities and roadmaps, keeping users at the center of decisions.
Conduct market research to understand user needs, payment trends, and the competitive landscape.
Help coordinate product launches, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
Track product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders, gathering insights and helping prioritize features. NEEDED EXPERTISE
1–2 years of product management experience in a startup environment.
Some exposure to international payment systems or platforms.
A curious mindset with a knack for analyzing data and making informed decisions.
Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar for managing tasks.
