Job Description:
As a Junior Sales Operations Specialist, your job is to maintain the data quality of our customer databases by performing research, data validation, and updating of existing records.
Your responsibilities include:
conducting research on customer data as per guidelines/instructions
analyzing existing data to check for inconsistencies and duplicates
correcting data inaccuracies in our database
preparing reports based on work done
performing other tasks assigned by the Supervisor(s)
