Responsibilities:
Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients (iGaming, crypto, forex, etc.).
Supporting clients at all stages of the life cycle: from onboarding to scaling.
Interacting with internal teams (tech support, risk, compliance, billing) to promptly solve clients’ problems.
Share expertise with the team
Attend conferences and all industry events
Analyzing clients’ needs and offering custom solutions
Monitoring KPIs, managing SLAs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Preparing regular reports and forecasts for accounts.
Requirements:
Experience working with High Risk clients (iGaming, crypto, betting, etc.) from 2 years.
Deep understanding of processes in the field of online payments, including cards, alternative payment methods, chargeback, fraud and KYC/AML.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Result-oriented, independent, flexible in communication with different types of clients.
Experience working with CRM
Own contact base from the industry
Nice to Have
Knowledge of crypto payments, tokens, and smart contracts
Background in B2B fintech sales or payment gateway operations
Additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German, French)
Experience working in a remote, distributed team
