Background or experience with industrial engineering or product design, preferably in furniture, fittings, displays * At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in similar industry( general contractor experience preferred)
Preferred job experience in any of the following industries: interior design, project management for renovation companies, sales design, or material supply.
Possesses exceptional project management skills to follow-through on tasks and consistently meets deadlines
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to think independently and make considered decisions when operating under pressure
Excellent communication skills to communicate with and handle multiple internal and external stakeholders under time pressure, to deliver on project objectives
Required language: English and Mandarin are a MUST as candidate is required to communicate directly with China office staff
Must be able to travel overseas on short notice for purpose of business, occasionally for extended periods (more than a week).

Maintain and develop excellent relationships with new and existing customer Accounts and work closely with respective points-of-contact
and consistently build deeper and more extensive networks
Expand on sales / project business opportunities with existing Accounts to meet revenue and margin targets
Manage and upkeep Sales Order Forms ensuring they are consistent across geographical markets
Coordinate deliveries with Customer Service team
Use CRM tools to manage and track sale activities and client interactions
Lead special ad-hoc projects or duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
Manage AR issues and ensure timely receipt of payments
Reporting – Account meetings, store installations, store visits, project updates, quality issues resolution reporting, internal meetings (Customer Relationship Management meeting, monthly sales and operational results meting)
