Job Summary :- The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team.- This role includes developing strategic marketing plans, implementing and analyzing the results.- The candidate will also create and maintain a marketing knowledge center and ensure continuous progress reporting to management.Key Responsibilities- Develop quarterly marketing plans detailing objectives, timelines, and strategies.- Define success metrics and performance benchmarks for the marketing team.- Recruit and manage team members to establish a stable and effective marketing team.- Build a marketing knowledge center, including SOPs, training materials, and Q&A documentation.- Provide regular progress reports to the management team.- Implement and execute the marketing plan.Compensation:- Base Salary: $600-700 per monthBonus:- $150 bonus upon completion of the first two months and achievement of 60-day goals.- An ongoing bonus structure will be developed in collaboration with the reporting manager.Eligibility Criteria:- Excellent Communication: Outstanding English speaking and written communication skills.Experience:- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally as a marketing generalist with exposure to diverse functions.- At least 1 year of proven experience managing and leading teams.- Writing Skills: Exceptional writing skills are a significant advantage, as content creation and review may play a role.- Get-things-done approach: A proactive, resourceful mindset with a focus on delivering results.- Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to learn and master new skills or knowledge areas that are critical to the role and implement them effectively.- Industry Background: Prior experience in the service industry is a plus.- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as CRMs, email marketing systems, and project management software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ClickUp, or similar).
