About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales team in Chile. This role is focused on building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our local client base. The ideal candidate has established contacts within Chile, understands the local market, and can effectively develop and manage accounts to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
– Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the Chilean market.
– Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
– Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
– Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
– Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.
Requirements
– Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (hospitality, real estate, or related industries is a plus).
– Strong network and local contacts in Chile.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
– Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote global team.
– Fluency in Spanish (English is not mandatory but considered an advantage).
