You will be leading the team to further the success of Digital Security solution at an award winning company.
Your tasks will include:
Design, develop and support Transmit Security, Java8, Spring Boot and other frameworks
Work with other professionals including analysts, tech leaders to elaborate assigned tasks
Partner proactively with others to support and develop the product through the full development lifecycle
Improve coding at all stages while ensuring governance and audit requirements are met
Assure that risks are classified and mitigated or accepted as part of the agile development lifecycle
Support contribution to digital applications and ecosystem
To be a good fit for the Lead Engineer (Transmit, Java) role, you will have:
Experience in Java (>5 yrs) and minimum 2 yrs hands-on experience in Transmit security
Strong knowledge of security tech: endpoints, network, Web server, application/database server, intrusion prevention, detection, authentication etc
Expertise in security and authorization solutions – Transmit, ForgeRock or equivalents.
Experience with API, SOAP, REST, microservices and JSON
Experience with Agile, Scrum or Kanban methodologies
Nice to have:
DevOps knowledge, CI/CD, scripting experience (Bash, Perl), Docker/Kubernetes
Knowledge of jQuery, WebSphere, React
Security Vendor Accreditations, certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH)
Keys To Success:
Understanding of cross-browser “conscious” improvement
Knowledge of a software delivery, agile and lean methods
PaaS/IaaS experience
