Position: Lead SDET Engineer
Core Responsibilities:
Design & implement automated test frameworks for Golang & C applications.
Encompassing the full stack from low-level virtualization to UI testing in a distributed environment.
Develop tools to build, maintain, & operate test automation frameworks to simplify test development, performance testing, & fast feedback.
Build test infrastructure to integrate with & extend our CI/CD process (GitHub Actions).
Collaborate with developers to ensure early incorporation of test planning & execution in release cycles.
Identify performance bottlenecks, spot system anomalies, & determine root causes.
Promote best practices in code health, testing, & maintainability across the development team.
Communicate insights & plans to cross-functional teams & management.
Understand existing code flow & its integration with various components & interfaces.
Lead a team of 2-3 resources.

Skills and Experience:
Experience in product companies & startups is ideal
Expertise in creating fullstack testing frameworks & developing test automation from scratch.
6+ years in software engineering, ideally with Linux, Go, Python, or C/C++.
Strong experience with Docker, CI/CD, & DevOps practices.
Familiarity with Kubernetes is preferred.
Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Adaptable & thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Creative problem solver with a proactive approach.
B.S. or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
