I’m currently hiring for a (Evening) Legal Document Administrator to join a leading legal firm in Dublin City Centre on a permanent basis.
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: €48,000 – €52,000
Working Pattern – Remote – With some flexibility to attend onsite for training purposes
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 3:30pm-12:00am
Friday: 1:30pm – 10:00pm
What will I be doing?
Creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations
Performing digital dictation tasks – minimum 70wpm
Reformatting documents with Firms branding
Converting PDFS to Microsoft Word documents
Proofreading documents and reports, suggesting edits where appropriate
Producing and amending complex documents , reports, board packs and agreements
What is required to be considered for this role?
Minimum 5 years experience in an Document specialist or Secretary role in a Legal environment
Advance MS Office skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Typing speeds of 70 words per minute +
Strong communication skills
Based in Ireland with full working authorisation.
While this is a fully remote role, successful candidates must be based in Ireland
