You Have
A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in coaching, consulting, training and leadership, or a related professional field
A solid foundation in leadership principles and personal development methodologies
Exceptional communication skills — both verbal and written — with confidence in virtual environments (Zoom, etc.)
Strong skills with digital platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook for outreach and relationship-building
A genuine passion for helping others grow and reach their goals
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident, working independently
