The Opportunity:
Aztec Solar Inc is seeking an entry level Live Chat Representative who will work remotely or in our office. The representative will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and guidance about our products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries through live chat
Providing information about our products and services
Resolving product or service problems
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Familiarity with chat and CRM technology
A high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Nice-to-haves:
Previous experience in a customer support role
Knowledge or interest in renewable energy industry
Excellent typing skills
Strong problem solving skills
