📌JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Safari Company in Botswana to recruit an exceptional LODGE MANAGER to manage a luxury 5* Lodge.
Requirements

At least 3 plus years’ experience managing a remote African bush based 5* luxury lodge

Hospitality related degree or diploma

Excellent understanding of the policies & procedures required to effectively manage both BOH & FOH departments and maintain world class standards of service

Knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles and practices.

Excellent computer skills including Excel and Access

Excellent communication, time management and delegation skills

Passionate about creating memorable and personalized guest experiences.

Strong inspirational leader with a strong focus on staff development and a willingness and ability to share information, teach and inspire others.

Keen interest in sustainability, conservation and community development

High energy levels, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
