Role Purpose:
Responsible for all the exportations and importations with success, with the correct and complete documents on time. Assist production planning from the logistics standpoint and collaborate on post-harvest processes (packing-shipping).
Responsibilities:
Continuous participation in the strategic agenda for the site.
Responsible of delivering sales reports on time
Assure that all HSE stardars are included in the day to day
Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently.
Assure that all documents for exportations and importations are correct and on time
Assure the clearance process at customs of the URC’s on time (export and import).
Responsible to develop logistical plans for current operations and logistics contingency plans.
Resposible of sending the ASN report to the customers based on requirements.
Monitor with the different freight companies the status of the shipments in order to keep updated our customers through the ASN report and avoid delay issues
Collaborate with the cool room supervisor managing post harvest activities.
Assist the Production Planner to assure that the area has all materials that are needed for the shipping processes through out inventories and purchase orders where needed

It is indispensable for this position:
Experience in logistic processes (ornamentals experience desirable)
Advanced English
Time availability
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Logistic area
Analytical and organizational skill
Computer’s skills
