➡️PLEASE NOTE –Preference will be given to Motswana citizens or expats who have a Residency permits
Combined Skills Required:
Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management/ Game Lodge Management Degree essential for work permits.
At least 5 years’ experience at a remote bush-based property, where 2 years have been in a Management Role.
Experience managing FOH and BOH day-to-day operations of the lodge.
Excellent general maintenance skills and the ability to oversee routine maintenance tasks and repairs.
Experience in financial planning, cost control and ability to manage revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Ability to contribute to marketing and sales efforts to attract guests.
Competence in using Microsoft office and various computer applications, including online reservation and management systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and own transport
Stable employment history and contactable references
